Submit an Event

The Events Calendar is a comprehensive calendar of on- and off-campus events sponsored by university departments or recognized student organizations at the University of Maine. Events sponsored by outside groups but held on campus may also be submitted. Contact Carrie Ward at  (207) 581-3743 for how to submit for outside groups.

Posts:  Please allow 1-2 business days for the approval and posting of all submissions.

Submit New Event:

Event information may be submitted electronically using our submit form. All event submissions will be reviewed for appropriateness before they are posted. UMaine reserves the right to refuse publication or submission for any reason, and to edit information as deemed necessary.

You or your department/organization will be completely responsible for the content of the submission and will handle all requests for more information by the general public. Should information about your event change or should your event be canceled, please contact Carrie Ward promptly at the above number so that information may beupdated or deleted.
